Festive Trees for extra Holiday Cheer

This year, we tried something new in our internal newsletter to add a bit of festive spirit. Colleagues shared photos of their Christmas trees, and we collected them all in one place.

It was a simple idea with a genuinely nice outcome. Seeing the different trees and styles made it feel personal and created a small moment of connection across teams. Something that could well become a small tradition over time.
