Smart Workflows
Automation at MeKo

In modern manufacturing, automation is essential for consistent quality, precision, and speed. At MeKo, we rely on intelligent systems that seamlessly connect our employees and machines.

Our automated CNC machining center handles complex milling tasks with precision and reproducibility. Equally impressive is our laser cutting system with shuttle tower, which operates unattended and automatically loads and unloads sheet metal. Have a brief look into the smart workflows across MeKo:

With our people and machines working hand in hand, we support your projects with reliable processes, repeatable precision, and manufacturing at the highest level.

Expanded Production Capacity and Vertical Integration

We’re expanding our floor space to further increase our production capacity while also enhancing our level of vertical integration. This allows us to handle customer projects quickly, flexibly, and entirely in-house — using materials we already have on hand. It also enables us to stock special or hard-to-source alloys, which is a major advantage in industrial manufacturing, where such materials are often limited or come with long lead times.

The illustration above puts it into perspective: In 2025, we processed more than 60 different materials and 127 sheet thicknesses and tube dimensions. For our customers, this means dependable material availability, stable processes, and greater flexibility in planning and execution.

If your product requires specific materials or you work with uncommon alloys, feel free to contact us — we’re here to support you with expertise and reliability.
