Climbing higher than ever

At MeKo, teamwork does not stop when the workday ends.

Alongside our soccer group that had their first tournaments this year and our running club, which was represented at the Hannover Marathon last month, a new climbing meet-up has now joined the list of activities our colleagues can take part in.

The meet-up is led by our production manager Susanne Waltje, who shares her passion for rope climbing and explains the key basics to get everyone started safely and confidently. Climbing is about trust, encouragement, and supporting each other step by step. The same values that shape how we choose to work together every day.

Whether it is on the soccer field, during a run, or at the climbing wall, these shared activities create easy opportunities to enjoy a hobby, and get to know colleagues in a different setting.
