Running as one team

At the ADAC Marathon in Hannover, 25 MeKo colleagues took on the challenge together, making it our largest participation to date. From first-time runners to experienced athletes, our team covered the half marathon, 10K, and relay distances with impressive energy and commitment.

With around 34,000 participants and perfect running conditions, the event itself was outstanding. But what truly stood out was the team spirit along the course – cheering crowds, shared motivation, and that extra push on the final kilometers.

Our relay teams crossed the finish line together, ranking 125 and 207 out of 652 teams, just minutes apart. A great result, but even more importantly, a strong symbol of what we value at MeKo: collaboration, dedication, and supporting each other all the way to the finish.

We’re proud to support initiatives like this and create opportunities for our team to connect beyond the workplace. A big thank you to everyone who ran, coached, and cheered along the way.
